Information

Exchange of experience, knowledge and good practices management and expert level, training presented by the Partner

  • • Carrying out a review of the prepared investment project for the object "Implementation of energy efficiency measures for street lighting on the territory of the city of Ruse" by the partner before the start of the SMR. As a result of the review, the partner will prepare and submit a report/opinion with recommendations for improving the prepared project.
  • • Review of the prepared investment project for the site "Construction of a photovoltaic system for the production of electricity for own needs" by the partner before the start of the SMR. As a result of the review, the partner will prepare and submit a report/opinion with recommendations for improving the prepared project.
  • • Organization of a seminar for exchange of experience, knowledge and best practices in Bulgaria - 2 experts (representatives of the Norwegian partner) will take part in a seminar organized by the Municipality of Ruse in Ruse, Bulgaria.
  • • Organization of a seminar for the exchange of experience, knowledge and best practices in Norway - 5 experts from the Municipality of Ruse will travel to Norway and take part in a seminar organized by the Norwegian partner for the exchange of experience in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy energy

 

Activity: Information and publicity

It is foreseen:

  1. Development of a website, on which information about the progress of the project will be regularly uploaded in Bulgarian and English. It will publish data about the project, its progress, results, cooperation with donor countries, photos, contact information, etc.
  2. Conducting 3 pcs. public events to promote the progress, results and achievements of the project - 2 press conferences (introductory and final) and 1 official ceremony to launch the SMR.
  3. Placing 1 pc. a billboard at the site of the repair works, which will be replaced by a permanent information board after the completion of the CMP.
  4. Production and distribution of advertising and informational materials: posters and brochures for general promotion of the project, chemicals and flashcards. All documents and materials will be developed in accordance with the requirements of the Communication and Design Guide for the FM of the EEA and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021. In the implementation of all activities and events, the contribution of the EEA FM 2014-2021 will be reflected.
